At Vyro, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Discounted or sale items
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
